Rumors of new reality show could be found true after I stubmled upon filiming at Madison Square Park.

Despite a cool breeze, I enjoyed watching the pro's at work - Matt, Anne, and Al were professional, yet friendly.

Outdoor Connections

A hike through Minnewaska State Park (near New Paltz, NY) was intended to be relaxing.

Five miles later, wind blown and freezing cold, my shins tended to disagree.

Good thing the energy conscience wineries of Shawangunk Wine Trail helped soothe the pain.
